Aviation & Missile Solutions (AMS) is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Power Apps Developer to join our Huntsville, AL. team. **MUST BE A US CITIZEN**
The ideal candidate will have experience developing solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (Flow), and SharePoint. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and data accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Automate business processes using Power Automate workflows integrated with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of apps and workflows.
- Maintain documentation of solutions, architecture, and processes.
- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of developed solutions.
- Update, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage access to
SharePoint sites.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions, customization).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or similar).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
- Understanding of relational databases and integrating
with SharePoint Lists. - Knowledge of Power BI development is a plus.
