Position: R2R Manager
Reporting to: Leo Perez



Role Purpose:


As R2R Manager, you will lead and coordinate accounting functions across multiple business units and countries. You will ensure compliance with IFRS & US GAAP, manage monthly closings, support audits, and drive process improvements while leading a high‑performing finance team.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee accounting policies, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Validate monthly closings, analyze variances, and deliver accurate financial statements.

  • Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

  • Implement and monitor corporate accounting policies and internal controls.

  • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring succession planning and growth.

  • Partner with operational units to improve financial results and provide analytical support.




Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • 5–8 years of experience in General Accounting, including team leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP.

  • Experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
