Job Description

Agile Expertise:

Experience managing requirements in an agile format from discovery through to delivery in an ongoing successful/sustainable model

Capabilities must include:

Definition, importance and role ownership of Ceremonies, Scrum recognized and otherwise. This would encompass, at minimum, Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo and Retrospective.

Deep understanding of a user story and anatomy therein acceptance criteria etc.

Business Rule Management - experience managing at local feature and global application levels. There will be challenges associated with the interplay of somewhat obscured existing business rules.

General Business Analysis Capabilities

Strong discovery experience

Process/Sequence diagramming

Diverse group facilitation Should be able to drive consensus around variety of Virtusa and Client business/technical leaders/SMEs

Exposure to Journey Mapping/Persona Concepts

Other Areas of Required Expertise

Exposure to Retail loan environment (Working knowledge of retail loan environment).Experience taking a new product from concept to market in a highly regulated industry.

Experience Dealing with legal and compliance in the Banking/Financial Sector
