Job Description

The Sales Consultant is responsible for lead management and converting guest cards into applications for vacant apartments. Their focus is responding to guest cards of prospects, virtual touring and guiding interested persons through the application process.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to guest cards in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintaining a strong and professional sales relationship with all prospects
  • Have a full understanding of and consistently demonstrate proficiency at explaining all information pertinent to the communities
  • Ability to pivot between different communities, including property amenities, apartment features and application requirements
  • Scheduling in-person and virtual tours
  • Offering and completing virtual tours
  • Guiding interested parties through the application process
  • Entering all information into the appropriate databases
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly metrics in the commission-based program
  • Always represent the company and its interests in a professional manner
  • Ability to work hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days at home (after initial training period)
  • Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays
  • Regionally based; responsible for up to 7-10 properties
  • Adhere to all state and local laws, including Fair Housing
