The Student Advisory Council Delegate (SAC) serves as a vital bridge between the student body and college leadership. SAC members ensure that student voices, ideas, and concerns are heard and represented in institutional decision-making.
As an SAC Member, you will collaborate with fellow student leaders and the Student Engagement Coordinator to enhance the overall student experience. This is a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, build connections across campus, and make a meaningful impact at UCC.

Position Duties
- Serve as a liaison between UCC students and college leadership
- Gather and communicate student feedback on academic programs, campus facilities, student services, and co-curricular activities
- Promote student engagement and participation in campus initiatives
- Participate in hiring panels for SAC members and other student leadership roles, as needed
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with students, council members, and UCC staff
- Serve on college committees and task forces, as assigned
- Support the SAC President in council initiatives and responsibilities
- Engage with the broader student body to gather input and perspectives
- Assist in recruiting and engaging Members-at-Large
- Demonstrate leadership and accountability as a representative of the student body.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Current full-time UCC student
- No active disciplinary record
- In good financial standing with the college
- Familiarity with student services, campus resources, and student life
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher preferred
