We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and assist our day to day accounting requirements.
Temp employee - 6 to 8 months with option for extension.
Start date – immediately
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Execute Billing tasks, generate invoices and credit memos in a timely manner
- Analyze customer’s account statements
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payment
- Debt collection management
- Develop / maintain efficient database records
- account reconciliations
- Accounts Payable - including receiving and booking vendor bills, preparing payments to vendors and vendor reconciliation.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Credit card reconciliation
- Assist with reporting to governmental authorities including ITA, National Insurance and VAT
- Ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in Priority (Finance tool)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping (Level 3)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field- an advantage
- Good English
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload.
