Job Description

📞 Now Hiring: Call Center Representative – $18/hr | M–F 1pm-7pm

Are you confident on the phone and great with people? We’re hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company!  You would be responsible for calling leads and scheduling appointments over the phone.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday– Friday 1pm-7pm 

  • Pay: $18/hour PLUS BONUSES !!

  • Location: HYBRID or in office
     

About the Role:

  • Make calls to leads to generate free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling

  • Follow up with warm leads who haven’t scheduled yet

  • Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Great phone presence and conversation skills

  • Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities

  • Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus

  • Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
