Job Description
You will be responsible for delivering and enhancing features across Infor’s Trade Promotion Management (TPM) SaaS platform, built primarily on .NET 8 (C#) with Angular, while playing a key role in our cloud migration from Azure to AWS.
This role is strongly backend‑focused (≈80%), with functional exposure to Angular (≈20%). You are expected to be highly comfortable working on the .NET backend, cloud‑native services, and deployment pipelines, while being able to support and maintain UI components when required.
This is a pivotal time to join the TPM product delivery team. The platform is transitioning to AWS, new features are actively being developed, and the team is evolving into a more mature, cross‑functional, globally distributed organization. You will have meaningful influence on technical direction, delivery practices, and team ways of working.

A Day in the Life Typically looks like:
Work within an established Agile delivery model, collaborating closely with developers, QA automation engineers, BAs, and platform teams across Manila and the UK
Design, build, and enhance backend services and APIs in a cloud‑native, microservices‑based architecture
Contribute to AWS‑based deployments, including containerized workloads and CI/CD pipelines
Support the ongoing Azure → AWS migration, helping modernize infrastructure and resolve technical debt
Collaborate with QA and automation teams to ensure high‑quality, testable, maintainable releases
Participate in technical discussions around performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
Troubleshoot production and non‑production issues across application and infrastructure layers
Proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, productivity, and development practices
Communicate effectively with UK counterparts, owning your workstream with minimal supervision
While the role is not UI‑design‑centric, you will:
Perform occasional Angular maintenance
Understand how frontend components interact with backend services
Make pragmatic UI adjustments when needed to support functional requirements

Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills
Strong experience with C# / .NET (preferably .NET 8 or modern .NET Core)
Backend‑heavy full‑stack development experience
Working knowledge of Angular (functional understanding is sufficient)
Hands‑on experience with AWS and cloud‑native deployments
Familiarity with:
Microservices architecture
Docker & Kubernetes (EKS)
CI/CD pipelines (Git‑based workflows)
Experience working with SQL‑based databases (e.g., SQL Server)
Engineering Practices
Comfortable working with:
Git‑based source control

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Prior experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Container Apps), especially in migration scenarios
Infrastructure‑as‑Code exposure (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
Event‑driven architectures (e.g., SNS, SQS or similar messaging systems)
Experience in enterprise or ERP‑scale systems
Familiarity with:
GitLab runners or similar CI tooling
Release automation tools (e.g., Octopus Deploy)
Exposure to performance tuning, scalability, and observability
Awareness of AI‑assisted development tools (used responsibly, not dependency)
