Overview:

This role supports one of the BEAUTYSPACE pillars to provide customer centric experiences that guide shoppers to their best beauty decisions. The Education Coordinator is specifically responsible for the department�s communication and scheduling, supporting educational programs, and data collection/reporting. The Education Coordinator will report to the Director of Education.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Scheduling

  • Coordinating a Digital and In-Person Training Calendar

  • Deploying Partner Invites and Monitoring Response

  • Creating and Distributing Training Invitations + RSVPs

  • Arranging Brand Meetings & Plan Follow-Through

  • Communicating Program Parameters for Execution

New Launch Coordination

  • Identifying Launch Timing and Details

  • Coordinating Onboarding Meetings & Touch bases

  • Tracking Education Plan Progress and Status

Education Initiative Support

  • Compiling and Filing Digital Assets

  • Uploading Digital Content to LMS

  • Deploying Scheduled Programming and Support Levers

  • Training Optimization Brand Preparation

  • Logistical Facilitation of Virtual Trainings

Leading Training Events

  • Hosting Virtual Education Events

  • Piloting Training Initiative and New Programs

  • Supporting Local Brand Educational Appearances and Activations

  • New Store Opening Training Facilitation

  • Facilitating & Hosting Office Trainings

Recapping & Reporting

  • Tracking and Maintaining Education Reporting

  • Recapping Brand Partners on Program Performance

  • Communicating Participation to Field Team Partners

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 Years of Related Experience

  • Experience in Retail, Ideally Multi-Brand

  • Experience in Training and or Coordination

  • Proficiency in Office Programs � Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Computer and Technologically Able and Savvy

  • Excellent Multi-Tasking and Organizational Skills

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

  • Outgoing, Engaging and Comfortable with Public Speaking and Presenting

  • Detail Oriented, Proactive, Adaptable and Eager to Learn

  • Team Player with Mature Interpersonal Skills

  • Flexibility and Ability to Travel
