About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

岗位职责及目标:

1. 日常作业管理：监督并参与收货、拣货、发货等日常操作，确保流程符合标准；分配组员工作任务（如理货、盘点、包装等），跟进完成进度。

2. 现场协调与问题处理：处理仓库现场突发问题（如订单异常、货品错发、系统数据差异等）；协调与其他班组或部门（如运输、质检）的对接，保障作业连续性。

3. 数据与单据管理：确保出入库单据、系统录入的准确性与及时性；协助仓库主管完成库存盘点及账目核对。

4. 安全与5S管理：监督组员遵守安全操作规范（如叉车使用、货物堆叠高度）；维护仓库清洁、标识清晰，落实5S管理要求。

5. 团队协助：协助主管培训新员工，指导组员操作技能；反馈组员工作表现，提出改进建议。

任职要求 :

1. 有1年以上仓储物流相关工作经验；

2. 具备两种语言能力（中文）；

3. 具备良好的沟通能力；

4. 会熟练使用办公软件。
