Activites Mentor Program
The CCR2 Activities Mentor Program allows anyone interested in coaching an opportunity to be
mentored by a current Cuba coach. This opportunity is open to current employees and community
members.
1. Mentee spots are limited for each team.
2. Mentee will pass a background check and be considered a “screened volunteer”.
3. Prospective mentees will contact the head coach to express interest. The head coach will
determine if the candidate is a good fit for their program.
4. Coaches can choose whether or not they participate in the mentor program.
5. Mentee will document hours.
6. Mentee will attend as many practices and games as possible to get the most out of the experience.
7. Mentee will be evaluated by the head coach at the conclusion of the season.
8. Mentee will always be supervised by the head coach and never be alone with students.
