ABOUT RESOURCE POOL
Working in the Tift Regional Health System nursing Resource Pool provides you with flexibility and great pay. Registered Nurses working in our resource pool are available to work in any inpatient unit, depending on daily census and staffing needs. By working in our resource pool, nurses are able to develop their skills by floating between Medical/Surgical, Women and Children’s areas and Critical Care areas, based on experience and skillset.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering quality nursing care to a varied patient population (infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric), observing and documenting patient response care, and supporting the following policies and procedures; provide guidance and assistance to, LPN’s, non-licensed staff in acute care setting; is accountable for the caliber of patient care performed by her/himself and those under his/her supervision; promotes and coordinates team work with physicians and associates; interfaces effectively with other departments; receives supervision from Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, and/or the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer in the acute care setting; provides customer service to patients' families, visitors, physicians, coworkers, and other medical and non-medical persons.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years RN experience
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Registered Professional Nurse with authorization to practice in the state of GA
Basic Life Support Certification
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
