Morris Midwest WI & IL, a regional distributor of CNC machine tools, tooling and accessories, and related engineering and support services, is seeking an ambitious and detailed Parts Coordinator. This role will provide exciting opportunities to work for a multifaceted company in a fast-paced, growing industry. Summary of Responsibility:

The Parts Coordinator will provide the highest level of service to our customers regarding parts research, order entry and tracking shipments. This person will take customers’ parts quotations and orders via phone, email or through the website portal.

What You Will Contribute:

  • Researching part requirements and confirming to equipment bill of materials

  • Acquiring appropriate quotations from various suppliers and offer formal quotation to customer

  • Entering orders in our database and tracking for customer reporting

  • Providing back up phone support for Parts Coordinators

  • Picking, packaging, and shipping of any outgoing orders, including accurate required documentation

  • Possessing and maintaining a basic knowledge of machine tool industry and a specific product line represented by the company

  • Show ability to multi-task with several orders and/or quotations daily

  • Performing general day-to-day office duties

Qualifications & Competencies:

The successful Parts Coordinator will have a background in customer service and a desire for problem resolution. This team-player must have strong interpersonal skills, good time management, and the ability to prioritize while maintaining attention to detail. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Suite programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, and other related business programs.
