Job Description:
Join our team on either a dynamic high-rise development, a wood frame mid-rise, or a concrete commercial space and play a key role in keeping our sites safe, efficient, and running smoothly. This position is based on active construction sites in Coquitlam, Richmond, or Pitt Meadows, where you’ll work closely with the Superintendent to support daily operations, contribute hands-on as needed, and take the lead on First Aid and site safety.
You’ll be at the center of the action—helping drive a strong safety culture, supporting your team on the ground, and ensuring everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

What you'll do:
- Conduct daily site safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Lead site safety orientations for all workers and visitors
- Respond to and manage on-site injuries, providing appropriate first aid and coordinating follow-up as required
- Report and document all incidents, near misses, and hazards in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly safety reports
- Monitor and maintain first aid stations and inventory of safety supplies
Site Support & Operations
- Support the Superintendent with site opening and closing procedures
- Perform general site maintenance and housekeeping, including clean-up, sweeping, and organizing materials
- Assist with manual labour tasks as required to support site operations
- Ensure work areas remain organized, safe, and efficient at all times
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Site Superintendent
What you'll bring:
- 2-years’ experience on construction sites
- Current OFA2 or OFA3 Certification
- Valid Fall Protection Certification or willingness to get
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical capability to safely perform work onsite
- Punctual, dependable and hardworking
Salary Range:
$31 - $38
