• Previous coaching experience at the high school or club level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of techniques, rules, and competitive strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
• Must pass background checks as required by the school district. The ability to meet all PUSD standards for hire including, but not limited to, Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance, tuberculosis clearing, and valid CIF coaching certificates including CPR/First Aid, Concussion in sports, Fundamentals in Coaching, Heat Illness, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

This includes developing training plans, coaching during practices and games, and promoting a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Football/Flag Football, coaching experience, and a commitment to student-athlete development.

• Ensure compliance with all school and league policies.
• Manage all program administrative requirements.

Salary Info
$4157 - $5041 (depending on experience; stipend paid over 3 months)
