ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Consultant will provide consulting services to clients in an effort to develop and provide customized solutions. The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients will be key to the success in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
1) Help lead and manage client projects/engagements. May be a lead for the project/engagement.
2) Analyze client requirements and develop customized solutions.
3) Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
4) Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
5) Drive business development efforts and identify opportunities for business growth.
6) Conduct training sessions/workshops for clients.
7) Stay connected to industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
MINIMUM REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or 4-7 years of field experience
2) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
3) Proven experience with DNA
4) Strong leadership and team management skills
5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technologies and software tools
6) Excellent communication and presentation skills
ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to stand/sit at a computer for 8 hours or more per day
• Ability to work at main office, home, on the road, or in a satellite location
