Responsibilities:


•    Conduct vertical market and competitor analysis, develop actionable insight reports to support product iteration and strategic planning.
•    Identify high-potential target markets, develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans, build a benchmark customer case library, and drive large-scale solution deployment.
•    Develop and manage key strategic customer relationships, formulate annual sales target decomposition plans, monitor order collection and payment progress, and control credit risks.
•    Liaise with global teams to drive new product R&D, and support new business expansion and market penetration.
•    Act as a key liaison between customers, IM China/global teams, and manufacturing facilities to ensure effective communication and alignment of customer requirements.
•    Lead localization initiatives to identify growth opportunities and drive cost optimization.
•    Manage trade shows, advertising and other marketing activities within approved budgets, and oversee IM brand promotion in targeted vertical markets.
•    Select and manage exclusive distributors in vertical markets, develop ecosystem partners, and acquire high-quality customer leads.
•    Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to establish a rapid response mechanism for vertical markets, and develop training content to upskill the sales team and channel partners.
•    Drive cross-business synergy, provide business coaching, and support the overall development of vertical market business.


 


Requirements:


•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
•    Proven project management experience, with the ability to plan, execute and drive cross-functional projects to on-time completion.
•    Solid knowledge and working experience with mechanical products, components or industrial solutions.
•    Demonstrated key account management experience, including customer development, relationship building and sales target delivery.
•    Experience driving cross-functional / cross-business synergies and aligning stakeholders for common business goals.
•    Strong business acumen, market insight and results-oriented mindset.
•    Excellent English language skills (written & verbal) and strong business presentation skills.
