Finance Data Entry / Accounts Receivables Specialist (f/m/d)
What to expect:
- Performs day to day financial transactions, including posting of incoming payments, verifying and recording of accounts receivables data.
- Reviews discrepancies in data received and requests clarification.
- Reconciles the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Performs quality work within deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Studies in business administration or similar field or commercial vocational training with a combination of education and experience
- First work experience in Finance would be a plus
- Accurate and focused working style
- High affinity to numbers
- Customer-oriented
- Fluent in German and English, any other European languages are welcomed
- Open-minded, strong in teamwork and collaboration
- Proficient in MS Office, experience with an ERP system would be a plus
