We are seeking a curious, driven, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Senior Associate, Growth, reporting into Infinite Roar Growth Leadership. This role is well‑suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast‑paced new business and growth environment.

The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a strong sense of accountability and a flexible, “go‑with‑the‑flow” mindset. Our work is dynamic and often tied to pitch timelines, so adaptability and comfort with shifting priorities are key. We’re looking for someone who is confident sharing ideas, asking questions, and contributing meaningfully within a supportive, collaborative team culture.

 

As a core member of the Growth team, the Senior Associate plays an important role in both strategic support and day‑to‑day execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to connect the dots across teams, tools, and capabilities within Infinite Roar and the broader Publicis Media organization. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally, help identify opportunities to improve how we work, and support the development of new processes and ways of operating.

 

Strong interpersonal skills are essential. This role partners with team members at all levels and occasionally external stakeholders, so professionalism, curiosity, and a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude are critical. We’re looking for someone who is eager to develop their skills, contributes to a strong team culture, and takes pride in doing excellent work.

  • Own logistics mapping and pitch experience for every opportunity, helping create a thoughtful, well‑orchestrated experience from start to finish
  • Partner closely with design teams to bring pitch stories to life - flexing creative thinking while ensuring materials are clear, polished, and on‑brand
  • Manage end‑to‑end pitch timelines, meetings, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring all teams stay aligned and on track
  • Support development of RFI responses, including coordinating inputs, tracking progress, editing responses, and preparing pitch materials
  • Maintain and evolve the New Business library, keeping pitch materials, credentials, and templates organized, current, and easy to access
  • Coordinate communications across local, regional, and global teammates, stakeholders, and agency partners
  • Stay informed on the media landscape, Infinite Roar offerings, and broader Publicis Groupe capabilities through ongoing learning and training
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and ways of working across the pitch process and Growth team
  • 2+ years in a client-facing role at an agency; business development experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Proficient in using AI models, such as CoPilot and Claude

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
