About the job

 

The Procurement Excellence Lead supports the design, maintenance, and optimization of processes and related systems. This role ensures smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement by working closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and drive digital adoption.

 

In your future role as Procurement Excellence Lead, you will

  • Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions to address gaps.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and lead implementation.
  • Project management, drive adoption of tools and analytics to enhance P2P efficiency.
  • Support risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Interface with Finance and IT team to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Manage urgent invoice process on behalf of sites, ensure adherence to SOX controls.
  • Lead training development and accessibility to end-users.

 

We believe you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in supply chain.
  • Expertise in technology implementation and innovation.
  • Leadership skills in mentoring and guiding teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage change effectively.
