What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Business Development Manager with daily operations 
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and internet leads 
• Schedule appointments for the sales team 
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and maintain engagement 
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems 
• Support lead management and ensure timely responses 
• Work closely with sales and service teams to drive customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Previous automotive or call center experience is a plus, but not required
