The Life of a Wine & Experience Ambassador:
- Grow our wine club into a vibrant community where enthusiasts connect, learn, and celebrate.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal events and in-store promotions that make a memorable impact on customers.
- Lead by example, fostering teamwork within our sales staff to surpass sales targets and achieve outstanding results.
- Strive to consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for Company Brand Wines, reflecting a commitment to excellence.
- Contribute to surpassing retail KPIs by boosting store traffic and providing an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Serve as a passionate advocate for our wines and accessories, educating and inspiring customers about our offerings.
- Play an essential role in the smooth daily operations of the store, demonstrating dedication and attention to detail.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience by properly storing and skillfully merchandising products for maximum appeal.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Hospitality, Events and Leadership an asset.
- Strong Retail and/or customer service background. F&B knowledge, and corporate sales preferred.
- Demonstrated self-drive and the ability to work independently.
- Strongly motivated with ability to achieve sales targets.
- Passionate in providing exceptional customer service and guest experience.
- Flexible hours and able to work on weekends.
- Able to Multitask and work efficiently.
