• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the community, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all groups.


• Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of the National Academic League (NAL).


• Provide instruction on fundamental skills and strategies to students.


• Motivate and inspire students to excel both academically and athletically.


• Maintain professionalism and serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.


• Previous coaching experience is preferred.


• Must be at least 21 years old.


• Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.


• Preference may be given to candidates who are certified district employees.


• Employment is at will and may be ended by either party at any time for any lawful reason.
