Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement Technician

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement Technician to join our team. This is more than just a job—we’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the landscaping industry. What You’ll Do:

  • Perform routine landscape maintenance
  • Complete enhancement work (mulching, pruning, plantings, bed detailing, seasonal cleanups)
  • Assist with landscape improvement projects and installs
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work with your crew to complete jobs on time and at a high level of quality

  • Reliable, hardworking, and positive
  • Interested in growing your skills and advancing in the landscaping field
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active all day
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in a job well done
  • Team player with a strong sense of accountability
  • Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with the right mindset



What You Need:

  • Arrive on time daily, prepared for work, with a positive and ambitious attitude.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation to work daily
  • Tobacco-Fee and Drug-Free
  • Truck/trailer experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
