Job Summary

The Analyst 2, Product is responsible for supporting the Product Lead/Managers with the delivery of continuous improvement of new marketing/collateral workflow and tools and with the enhancement of existing marketing/collateral workflow and tools. This role is expected to deliver on the right experience for end users through executing implementations of existing tool enhancements as well as supporting and executing integrations and implementations of new workflow tools, to address the business opportunity and enable rapid growth. The Analyst 2, Product has the responsibilities in Marketing/Collateral Workflow and Tools configuration, training, reporting, help and support, communication and supporting balance of product management team.


 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Product Definition and Delivery: Review defined business requirements, understands customer experience priorities and builds UX with the other team members. Receives direction related to the configuration of enhancements. Reviews and executes against detailed business requirements. Adheres to compliant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documented controls. Partners with the balance of the team on configuration and implementation of tool enhancements. Delivers end user experience, meeting business priorities and demands. Experience with end-to-end product/project delivery. 

  • Product Performance and Continuous Improvement: Supports marketing/collateral workflow and tools process improvements with operational excellence (regulatory compliance, operational risk management, etc.). Addresses operational and tool issues and supports process improvements including appropriate internal controls. Builds understanding of the tool features and delivers excellent end user experience through tool and process enhancements. Results-oriented, with ability to successfully coordinate initiatives under tight and evolving deadlines.  

  • Active Leadership: Assists product lead/managers to create user experience scenarios for products. Provides transparency to peers and leaders on project status and product configuration issues. Assists lead/product managers with mitigating ongoing risk associated with platform performance. Builds ability to understand strategic thoughts and analytical skills. Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thoroughly investigate and make recommendations in a timely manner. Builds experience with and understanding of Agile development methodologies. Builds experience with end-to-end product/project delivery. Effective communicator with ability to adjust message and filter details appropriately for the audience.

  • Analytics: Gains understanding of key workflow and tool measurements (performance, resources, etc.), and their impact on the business. Gains understanding of the data leveraged to continuously inform and improve the workflow and tool set to meet end user and business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree Two to five years’ experience in Product Management, Business Configuration, Marketing Workflow, Workflow Management, Marketing Execution; understanding of Agile development methodologies; end-to-end product delivery; Foundation of product management/marketing management, at various levels

Preferred Experience: 

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing workflow management systems such as Workfront, Salesforce Program Manager, JIRA, KANBAN, Trello etc. as a system admin, system support and/or end user. Work experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, Business, Communications, and PMP Certification. Product Management, Business Configuration, Marketing Workflow, Workflow Management, Marketing Execution; understanding of Agile development methodologies; end-to-end product delivery; Foundation of product management/marketing management, at various levels
