Job Description

 

 

We are looking for a Program Support Specialist to join our team in the Opencut Section of the Mining Bureau. The Program Support Specialist is responsible for performing high-level administrative services and program support by conducting research, preparing, and editing documents, handling communications and information requests, conducting web site maintenance, providing data and records management. A significant portion of this position is responsible for processing and reviewing reclamation bonds and associated tasks. This position performs support functions such as preparing correspondence, proofing materials, mail processing, assisting visitors, managing main phone lines, arranging conference calls, and making arrangements for travel, meetings, or events.

Qualifications - External

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         One year or relevant experience with demonstrated skill in the use of office software and equipment.

·         Some college or post-high school education or training preferred.

·         May require current valid Driver’s License and clean driving record in accordance with State of Montana Vehicle Use Policy

 

Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
