Latham’s Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits lawyers advise clients around the world on a full spectrum of corporate transactions and representations.

About the Role
You want to work on complex restructuring projects, cross-border transactions, and sophisticated disputes? Then you’ve come to the right place. Our practice advises on all aspects of collective and individual employment law. Our core areas include corporate restructurings, transaction-related advice in PE and M&A processes, works constitution law issues, as well as representing our clients before the labor courts.
