General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Seeking individuals who have experience in the food service industry and are committed to providing a quality dining experience
- Responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of daily banquet and event functions.
- Ability to work clean and organized in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Ability to stay on task and balance the production of multiple events and functions.
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Must be able to follow and execute recipes to specific specifications in collaboration with The Banquet chef and Demi banquet chef.
- Willingness to assist in a variety of functions including wine diners, buffets, carving stations, Large plated events, etc.
- Opens or Closes the kitchen properly to the standards set by Kitchen Chefs
Qualifications:
- Am and PM Availability. Including weekends and holidays.
- Experience 1+ year in a production or food service operation.
- Must pass background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: based on experience $17 - $19 per hour.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Cooking/Kitchen: 1 year (Mandatory)
