Upon completing the 12-month program, you'll acquire valuable expertise and skills to contribute to the organization's transformation. Fun fact: 11 of Kainos' top 17 leaders are graduates of our Early Careers Program! This full-time opportunity is designed to support your long-term success and growth within the company.
You will learn how to:
Support the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise-scale Workday solutions
Transform traditional HR processes—such as recruiting, payroll, compensation, performance, and reporting—into efficient, modern, and engaging experiences
Understand and translate client requirements into practical Workday configurations
Work closely with experienced consultants and delivery teams to create fit-for-purpose solutions
Gain hands-on experience configuring Workday modules and functionality
No prior Workday experience is required—we’ll teach you.
