Job Description

We have an opening for a Full-Time Golf Club Technician Lead to perform club repairs and modifications. Moderate club repair experience is necessary for this role. Experience re-gripping, re-shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience leading others, and a passion for the game.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute lie, loft, length, swing weight, and shaft adjustments to manufacturer specifications.
  • Read, interpret, and follow detailed build sheets, custom orders, and fitting notes.
  • Assemble iron sets, woods, wedges, and putters to tight tolerances and build standards.
  • Verify all completed builds and repairs for accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe build station.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of advanced club-building experience.
    • 3+ years experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales.
    • Demonstrated experience regripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie, shaft work, adjusting swing weights.
    • Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles. 
    • High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets. 
    • Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets.
    • Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.

    Compensation:

    • $25 - $35 per hour, based on previous golf repair experience.
