General Description
As a member of the GMO group, your main role will be to provide the administrative support for projects. That includes the project dashboard update and the budget control of them. You will track the projects and initiatives of the group of .
You will also provide training to the project leaders on the different projects tools used at GMO to ensure a good visibility and to support the continuous improvement and growth of the group. Finally you will support the Project Manager in his administrative tasks and various presentation and business updates.
Your Main Functions
You will be responsible to support the project manager in the following functions:
Planning, coordination and follow-up of project activities
Revision and update of the Project dashboard and department budget tracking
Support project leaders in the tracking of projects as per dashboard
Lead a weekly local PMO meeting and track the actions following the meeting
Production of weekly reports
Prepare presentations, stats, tables and KPI needed to different sponsors and GMO meetings
budget tracking
In the closing phase of projects, ensure the proper documentation has been produce and archive in link with our NEI process and legal requirements
Tracking of customer feedback to support our continuous improvement effort
Promote the use of projects tools and gating process and provide training
Your Qualifications
Diploma in a pertinent area for the task
3–5 years of experiences in a similar department
Good knowledge of Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint and Google suite
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Good in communication and executive presentations
