Job Description

The Courville at Nashua is a Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our dedicated staff: 

  • FT 3p-11p 
    • +$2/hr Shift Diff
    • 40 hrs/week
  • FT 311p-7a 
    • +$3/hr Shift Diff
    • 40 hrs/week
  • Every other weekend; every other holiday
  • +$6/hr weekend Shift Diff
  • Active New Hampshire LNA license required
  • We'll pay NH fees for CNA candidates (upon hire)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs
  • Dependability and good communication are essential for this position
  • Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program
  • Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments
  • Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort
  • Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies

Qualifications:

  • Active NH LNA license 
  • We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants
  • Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with residents
  • Punctual, dependable work ethic
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.
