About the role
This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape a critical and rapidly growing part of Jord’s business.
As our Head of Aftermarket, you will take ownership of the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of Jord’s Site Services and Spare Parts business. This role sits at the centre of Jord’s transformation strategy as we expand our presence across the energy transition and resource sectors.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the organisation while leading a capable and dedicated team responsible for field services, spare parts, brownfield upgrades, maintenance programs, and technical support.
This is a role for someone who thrives on building capability, improving systems, and driving commercial performance - someone who wants to lead a business unit that directly supports customers operating critical assets around the world.

What you’ll do
- Lead the strategy and growth of Jord’s Aftermarket business, supporting our strategy to Dominate the Core and Conquer the New
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of aftermarket opportunities across asset management, spare parts, field service, and brownfield projects
- Prepare and present the annual Aftermarket Business Plan and Budget, ensuring alignment with Jord’s strategic objectives
- Drive operational performance and sustainable growth by managing the business in line with approved plans and budgets
- Build and implement a customer centric field service delivery model focused on reliability, responsiveness, and service excellence
- Improve spare parts delivery performance to ensure high availability and on time delivery for customers
- Lead and develop the Aftermarket team, building capability, rigour, and strong operational discipline
- Drive continuous improvement, using feedback from field service and customer operations to improve products, processes, and systems
- Ensure full compliance with Jord’s IMS, OH&S, quality, and risk management systems
What you’ll bring
- Engineering qualifications in Mechanical, Process, Electrical or a related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in field service, aftermarket, operations or maintenance leadership within industrial sectors
- Experience working with industrial equipment, plant maintenance, or site services in energy, mining, or heavy industry
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing operational change
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and operational performance
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, operations and commercial teams
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
- Willingness to travel to support customers and field operations
