Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various IT and technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, source qualified candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Technical Sourcing: Identify and attract top IT talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified technical candidates for current and future needs.
  • Interview Coordination: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by efficiently scheduling and managing interviews.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technical/IT recruitment
  • Familiarity with technical roles such as developers, infrastructure, support, and other IT positions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
