Position Purpose: The Care Coordinator (CSU) will assist individuals admitted in the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) with behavioral health needs through admission and after discharge. This includes services and support that affect a person’s overall well-being, such as primary physical health care, housing, and social connectedness. | ||||||||||||
