REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge, experience and interest in swimming/diving.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Successful coaching experience.
• Experience as an athlete.
• Knowledge of sound and acceptable coaching techniques, specific to swimming/diving.
• Ability to help organize and supervise a team sport.
• Ability to develop a good rapport with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
• Evidence of strong leadership ability.
• Evidence of ability to motivate and teach. Philosophy of coaching that is compatible with an
interscholastic athletic program.).
• Willingness to work on training programs, in season and out of season.
• Ability and willingness to follow our student and coaches code of conduct.
