We are hiring an operations coordinator to help maintain our stellar amenities and provide outstanding customer service. In this role you will be responsible for maintenance, custodial work, and groundskeeping, ensuring a safe, clean, hospitable environment. How You’ll Contribute:
- Facility cleaning and maintenance.
- Groundskeeping.
- Event set-up and support.
- Trail maintenance.
- Provide outstanding customer service to visitors and teammates.
How You’re Qualified:
- Two or more years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, facility maintenance, landscaping or construction or relevant experience.
- Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
- Current Pesticide Applicators License through Texas Department of Agriculture.
- Knowledge and practice of facility and landscape maintenance.
- Previous experience with small engine equipment and hand tools.
- Customer service experience.
