Janitorial General Cleaner (Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team in Nashville. If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating a clean, welcoming environment for others, we want to hear from you. This is a perfect evening role for someone looking for consistent weekday hours.

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

• Shift: Monday – Friday

• Hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (20 hours/week)

• Location: Nashville, TN

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the facility. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• General Cleaning: Maintaining common areas, offices, and hallways.

• Waste Management: Pulling trash and recycling and replacing liners.

• Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and restocking supplies.

• Surface Care: Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment; vacuuming carpeted areas.

• Support: Performing other cleaning-related duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience is required.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.

• Reliability: Strong attendance record and the ability to work the designated evening schedule.

• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for cleanliness and the ability to follow a checklist efficiently.

• Background: Must be able to successfully pass a drug & criminal background screening.
