We’re hiring a reliable and customer-focused full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role supports daily maintenance at one of our multi-family housing properties.

 

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday


• Rotating on-call availability required


• HVAC certification preferred

 

Job Summary:

• Provide quality maintenance and repair services across all four communities


• Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally


• Assist with upkeep of common areas, including cleaning hallways, amenities, and trash removal


• Ensure buildings are tidy, safe, and welcoming


• Collaborate daily with the on-site manager to coordinate tasks and priorities


• Make sound independent decisions while following company standards and instructions
