The Opportunity:

Keystone�s Warehouse team bears the ultimate responsibility of guarding the Company�s most valuable physical assets. This includes the efficient and organized storage of inventory and the accurate, timely, and intact delivery of product to customers. The Warehouse Team Lead � Inbound position is responsible for managing the workflow for the inbound team and ensuring processes run smoothly.

Your Impact:

• Manage workflow for Warehouse Inbound team

• Communicate with Plant Manager on personnel concerns

• Stay vigilant of safety issues and enforce safety procedures

• Announce the (KPI) Key Performance Indicators to the team and discuss the cause and effect of each

• Pick, pack, and prepare documentation for outgoing shipments

• Execute and document inventory movements using internal computer software and RF scan gun technology

• Receive inbound deliveries

• Maintain general labor and other duties as assigned

What you bring:

• High School Degree or GED preferred

• 1-2 years� experience in warehouse facility

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Forklift certified preferred

• Strong leadership skills

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Must be able to pass background check
