Shift: Fulltime Monday - Friday (onsite) with virtual 24/7 on call duties

Role Overview: Join us as a Case Manager, tasked with coordinating and managing all activities related to injured individuals, (workers' compensation, FMLA, leave, disability). Serving as a vital link between the injured party, employer, healthcare providers, health safety and security team, third party administrators, and other stakeholders, this role requires expertise in workers' compensation and disability, potentially encompassing various disciplines such as TPAs, adjustors, client's HSS team, PT, OT, paramedic, ATC, RN, LPN or EMT

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in workers' compensation, mitigating risk, adjuster, claims analyst, FMLA, leave, or disability. Union experience is a bonus!
  • Proficiency in navigating EMR software and understanding of HIPAA and Patient Privacy Act preferred
  • Background in case management or vocational health
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records

Work Environment:

  • On-site within an industrial setting
  • Mandatory Steel-Toed Safety Shoes
  • Hearing Protection may be required
  • Safety Glasses required

Physical Demands:

  • Regular standing, walking, and sitting
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs. or more
