Admissions Advisor

Full-Time | On-Campus



The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking an Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team. In this role, you�ll help prospective students explore career-focused education and guide them through the admissions process.

Responsibilities

  • Make and receive calls with prospective students

  • Schedule and conduct interviews and campus tours

  • Explain CHCP programs, outcomes, and student services

  • Assist students with entrance assessments and Financial Aid introductions

  • Evaluate student readiness based on career goals

  • Follow admissions guidelines and compliance standards

  • Participate in recruitment events such as open houses and orientations

  • Track enrollment goals and provide accurate forecasts

  • Maintain follow-up with applicants and new students

  • Complete required training and become a registered Admissions Representative

Skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Friendly, energetic, and people-focused

  • Organized, goal-driven, and ethical

  • Comfortable using MS Office and related systems

Qualifications

  • 0�1 year of admissions, recruiting, or sales experience
