At Lenovo, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease & Billing Operations Specialist to support our leasing and billing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate contract management, data integrity, and seamless billing processes across global teams.
What you’ll do:
Support lease administration activities across the full leasing lifecycle
Prepare, review, and maintain lease documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Populate customer lease agreement templates and coordinate execution with clients
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of lease contracts within internal systems
Reconcile discrepancies between lease documentation and data from internal/external sources
Extract and analyze data from Lease Management Systems to support billing and accounting teams
Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems
Collaborate closely with fulfilment and finance teams to generate monthly customer invoices
Identify and resolve billing issues with internal stakeholders and external partners (including LFS)
Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
Experience in billing, lease administration, finance operations, or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately across systems
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Advanced English (mandatory) – daily interaction with international stakeholders
Experience with Lease Management Systems, SAP, or similar tools is a plus
