What You�ll Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds and amenities
• Perform light maintenance tasks including cleaning vacant units and work orders
• Respond to resident and team requests promptly and courteously
• Help manage tools, supplies, and equipment inventory
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines

What We�re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of related experience or training
• Ability to walk the property, lift up to 25lbs regularly, and work outdoors in all weather
• Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
