The Accounting department at Riverside Insights is searching for a motivated and optimistic individual to fill our open Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst position. This position will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable team, collaborate with customer service, and provide management with key insights regarding the health of the Accounts Receivable process area.

- Reports to: Controller
- Location: Preference for Greater Chicago area, remote & hybrid work options available
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the responsibilities of the accounts receivable department to ensure proper coverage of tasks
- Work in partnership with Customer Service to settle inquiries and billing corrections, process and reconcile customer returns, and collaborate on continuous process improvements
- Resolve customer inquiries sent to the Accounts Receivable inbox
- Analyze outstanding Account Receivable balances to determine drivers for changes in DSOs
- Lead projects to clean-up aged credits and accounts receivable balances
- Monitor collections process and assist collections analyst as needed
- Ad hoc projects and requests as required
Experience / Skills
- 3-5+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable role with supervisory experience a plus
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or similar experience
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and Lockstep Receivables preferred but not required
- Possess strong communication skills, a collaborative and agile mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment and prioritize tasks
