The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Wound Documentation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

· Collecting wound assessments based on payer requirements.

· Review clinical information and assess wound progression for patients on V.A.C. ® Therapy.

· Develop and manage customer relationships, creating loyalty with Clinical Providers.

· Collaborate with other Solventum team members to provide continuity of care, resolving higher level account management issues, and communicating physician call support.

· Effectively using business and clinical data in accordance with Solventum policies.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND two (2) years of experience with interpretation of medical records, or High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND six (6) years of experience with interpretation of medical records
  • English Proficiency C1

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Five (5) years of with interpretation of medical records in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Skills include
    • Analytical thinking
    • Prioritization Skills
    • Clear communicator, persuasion and negotiation skills
    • Health Care Background and Medical knowledge (Plus)
    • Outbound/Inbound calls handling and customer service experience

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Costa Rica Office at least 5 days per month)

Travel: May include up to domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
