Job Summary

To foster a
collaborative learning environment where students can apply their academic
knowledge to real-world challenges. This role aims to support various teams by
contributing fresh perspectives, enhancing project efficiency, and driving

Job Responsibilities

  • Help Desk Support:
    Provide hardware and software troubleshooting assistance.
  • System and Network
    Monitoring: Assist in monitoring system performance and network
    health.
  • Deployments and
    Upgrades: Help implement new systems and perform server updates.
  • Cybersecurity
    Initiatives: Contribute to security tasks like scans and
    compliance checks.
  • Script and
    Application Development: Write scripts or small applications to
    automate tasks.
  • Documentation
    and Inventory: Maintain accurate documentation and manage
    inventory of IT assets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical
Knowledge and Skills :

  • Solid understanding of hardware,
    software, and networking fundamentals relevant to enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Windows,
    macOS, and Linux platforms, including basic configuration and
    troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of security
    principles, protocols, and best practices to support safe and secure IT
    operations.
  • Ability to diagnose and
    resolve hardware and software issues using structured problem-solving
    techniques.
  • Introductory experience with
    scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or C# to support
