Purpose of the Job
Our client is a sports retail brand and we manage their end-to-end marketing and retail tools. You will be required to:
Manage the Catalogue of items available under this supply arrangement
Work closely with account management / client engagement, suppliers and other stakeholders to deliver services to our customers professionally, to specification and on time
Be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and product delivery
Remain in contact with suppliers and be responsible for those relationships
Negotiate costings and timescales for each job ensuring the most appropriate supplier.
This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary.

Key responsibilities
- Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
- Coordinates the timelines and process for Order Window management and deliveries into central warehouse
- Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible
- Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
- Brief suppliers on client requirements
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
- Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools
- Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
- Understand and manage budgets and P+Ls
- Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs
- Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Experience in a client facing role
- Previous experience working in Retail, Campaigns and Print ideally
- Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred.
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Able to prioritise workload in a high energy environment
- Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure
- Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development
- Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings
- Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
- Good level of English required
