As the Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to senior leaders within our Consulting practice. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to provide a high level of support with attention to detail, quality focus and flexibility within a dynamic team environment. In this role, you will need to work independently, as well as in close concert with senior leaders, be able to represent professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver high quality work in support of the team’s diverse functions and activities. WHAT YOU’LL DO
•Provide administrative support displaying an understanding of the firm’s organizational priorities to ensure projects and tasks are well managed
•Provide strong administrative support by assisting with internal communications as well as handling inquiries from external clients
•Handle other tasks including, but not limited to: draft and process new account paperwork, manage multiple projects simultaneously, arrange and coordinate meetings and events, complete expense reports, maintain consulting intranet page, and other projects as assigned
•Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as directed
•Maintain databases and files according to compliance regulations
•Manage calendars, independently schedule appointments and prepare executives for meetings as needed
•Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings and prepare and track expense reports
•Orchestrate client onboarding including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements and statements of work
•Support working committees in the consulting practice
•Assist with membership and license renewals
Required:
•Bachelors’ degree in Business or related field OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of relevant experience
•Previous experience supporting executive-level individuals in a corporate environment
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Strong understanding of business workflows and the ability to manage, troubleshoot and improve both automated and manual processes
Preferred:
•Previous professional services firm experience

•Strong writing, proofreading, editing and language skills
•Extreme attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

•Strong interpersonal skills in working with internal staff, shareholders and clients

•Discreet, with ability to keep information confidential
