About the role
Working closely with the Global Head of Marketing and the FCM Meetings & Events Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in bringing FCM’s global marketing strategy to life. This is a highly visible role where you’ll help amplify initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the growth and retention of clients across our Meetings & Events and Corporate Traveller businesses.
You’ll take ownership of delivering global marketing projects end‑to‑end, coordinating with teams across regions and disciplines including brand, digital, campaigns, and marketing operations. From managing content and assets to ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines, you’ll be at the centre of how FCM shows up in the market.
Alongside project delivery, you’ll support reporting, planning, and budget tracking, helping to shape and evolve our annual marketing plans. This is a fast‑paced, global role with exposure to high‑impact projects, requiring flexibility to collaborate across time zones and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

You’re a motivated, hands‑on marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities. Highly organised and calm under pressure, you’re confident managing projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly as business needs evolve.
You bring strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners. Detail matters to you you have a keen eye for brand consistency, enjoy crafting and refining content, and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.
